Streetwear Printing

Helobro offers several printing options to help private labels and OEM brands make their urban clothing wholesale products stand out from the market.

3D Embroidery

3D embroidery, or puff embroidery, is a specialized technique that results in three-dimensional decoration. The 3D effect is achieved by placing foam on the surface of the cap or garment and embroidering the design on top of the foam.

Flat Embroidery

Flat embroidery is 2D embroidery and the logo or design is stitched directly onto the surface with thread. Flat embroidery is "flat" and there is no depth.

Applique Embroidery

Applique embroidery is a form of embroidery where pieces of fabric are sewn on to another piece of fabric.

Chenille Embroidery

Chenille embroidery, colloquially known as "chenille" is a kind of specialized loop or chain embroidery, which is made with yarn, not typical embroidery threads - polyester or viscose. Thanks to use of yarn instead of threads , this embroidery method makes the pattern look optically thicker and more convex.

Dtg Printing

Direct-to-garment printing is a method of producing t-shirts that uses a special digital printer to apply water-based inks directly to fabric surfaces. It differs from other printing methods because it transfers inks directly to t-shirt surfaces without using a screen or paper as an intermediary.

Silk Screen Printing

Also known as silk-screening or serigraphy, silkscreen printing involves using a tightly-stretched mesh or screen (hence the name!). The first step is to mount the silkscreens over your chosen canvas, with a separate screen for each colour. Once the screens or stencils are in place, artists roll, press, sponge or squeegee their ink or paint over the silkscreens to leave a design.

Puff Printing

Puff printing is a form of screen printing that utilizes specialty ink mixed with a foaming agent activated by heat. The ink is printed using a conventional screen printing technique. Then, as the garment passes through the dryer, the ink puffs up and expands

Reflective Printing

Reflective printing is a technique that combines the use of specialized vinyl and heat transfer to create prints with a reflective quality. This process allows for the production of eye-catching designs that not only showcase artwork but also enhance visibility in low-light conditions.

Silicone Printing

Silicone screen printing is a specialized printing technique used to apply silicone-based inks onto various surfaces, such as fabric, plastic, or glass. It involves transferring a design or pattern onto the desired material using a screen, which allows for precise and detailed printing.

Embossed

Embossed designs are used to create visual appeal in fabrics. Embossing is done using special calendering rollers (calendering is a term that means pressing between two rollers in order to smooth, glaze, emboss or otherwise change the surface of a fabric).

Rhinestone

Hot-fix rhinestones, also known as heat-transfer rhinestones, are mainly used for apparel. The flat bottom of the stone has a glue backing and, when heated, melts onto the surface of the clothing. These can be adhered using a regular clothes iron, although it is recommended to use a heat press. A heat press is able to reach higher temperatures (standard transfers require temperatures of up to 180–200 °C (350–400 °F)) while applying heavy pressures resulting in a more professional quality.

Tie Dye

Tie-dye is a term used to describe a number of resist dyeing techniques and the resulting dyed products of these processes. The process of tie-dye typically consists of folding, twisting, pleating, or crumpling fabric or a garment, before binding with string or rubber bands, followed by the application of dye or dyes.

Rhinestone

Rhinestone printing involves applying rhinestones, or small, sparkly gems, onto fabric using heat-activated adhesive. This technique adds a glamorous and textured dimension to garments, making it popular in fashion embellishments.

Applique Printing

Appliqué printing is a decorative technique where fabric pieces are cut and stitched onto a base material to create intricate designs or patterns. This method adds texture and visual interest to textiles.

Chenille Printing

Chenille printing involves creating designs with chenille yarn, a fuzzy and velvety textile material. This technique results in raised, plush patterns, often used for adding a soft and textured feel to garments or textiles.
